Yes. Payment happens inside your own UPI app and settles directly into our Axis Bank account — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
How do I know my money is being used effectively?+
We are committed to full transparency. We publish regular impact reports and financial disclosures on our website. You can see how funds are allocated across our various programs, and we provide updates on the specific outcomes achieved through your support
Are you a registered organization?+
Yes, we are a legally registered Society under 1860 act. You can find our registration documents and compliance details in our “About Us” section.
Are donations to your NGO tax-deductible?+
Yes, all eligible donations are exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. We will issue a formal donation receipt/certificate that you can use for your tax filings.
How will I receive my tax exemption receipt?+
After paying, email or WhatsApp us your transaction reference along with your full name, PAN and postal address. We issue the 80G receipt within 48 hours. A UPI transfer only tells us the amount and a reference number, so we cannot raise the receipt until you send those details.
What is the minimum donation amount?+
We believe every contribution makes a difference, regardless of size. There is no minimum amount; you can contribute whatever you are comfortable with.
Can i donate in forms other then money?+

Can i choose where my money goes?+
You can choose to support our general fund (which allows us to address the most urgent needs) or specify a particular project or cause you are passionate about.
Can i make a recurring donation?+
Yes. Most UPI apps let you set up an autopay mandate to us from the QR above. If you would prefer we set it up with you, or you want to give annually, write to us and we will arrange it.
Will you share my information with third parties?+
Your privacy is our priority. We never sell or share your personal information with other organizations. Your details are used solely for processing your donation and keeping you updated on our work.
